Meet the FOUNDER
LILLI MARKLE
Lilli Markle is a WELL Accredited Professional and founder of Well Adapted Group, where she helps organizations and communities create healthier, more human-centered spaces through ESG, change management, and wellbeing strategies. A longtime yoga, meditation, and bodywork teacher, she blends corporate expertise with holistic practice to support people and places in cultivating greater awareness, resilience, and ease.
Lilli Markle is a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) and the founder of Well Adapted Group, where she partners with real estate stakeholders, organizational leaders, company teams, and built-environment experts to reimagine what healthy, human-centered buildings and communities can be. With a focus on ESG, change management, and wellbeing, Lilli helps organizations become more competitive, connected, and people-focused by embedding wellness and sustainability into the places where we live, learn, work, and gather.
Canadian-raised and globally minded, Lilli brings more than a decade of experience across sales, marketing, and development roles in the retail, technology, cultural, municipal, nonprofit, and fitness sectors. She has shared insights as a speaker for NYC’s Urban Land Institute Young Leaders, the HERoic International Women’s Day Conference by WeWork and CREtech, Bisnow’s The Future of Hamilton, and the University of Guelph’s Innovation in Sustainability and Technology panel for Real Estate graduates. She is affiliated with Yoga Alliance, the Urban Land Institute, Mindfulness Hamilton, and a range of wellness organizations.
Alongside her corporate work, Lilli is a long-time student and teacher of yoga, meditation, and bodywork. Teaching since 2014, she holds a 500-hour RYT certificate from Three Sisters Yoga (NYC) and has trained internationally in Barre, Thai Yoga Massage, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Integrative Restoration (iRest), Franklin Method, and Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis. She is also a ceremonial cacao facilitator who enjoys weaving in themes of astrology and our relationship with nature.
A recovering ballet dancer, Lilli discovered through movement and contemplative practice a deeper sense of awareness, healing, and curiosity—insights she now shares with others. Her intention is to inspire people to explore their own inner landscapes, make empowered decisions about their bodies and minds, and cultivate more ease, presence, and contentment in everyday life.
Lilli offers a limited number of public and private classes, as well as customized group and one-on-one sessions—including yoga, barre/core, meditation, guided relaxation, and Thai Yoga Massage—both online and in person. Whether collaborating with organizations to elevate human wellbeing or supporting individuals in building a sustainable personal practice, Lilli’s approach centers on authenticity, connection, and meaningful, human-first experiences.
Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
